Terms of Service
These terms describe how access, billing, and acceptable use work for Game SFX Toolkit.
Using the product
Game SFX Toolkit provides browser-based audio workflow tools for converting, previewing, and organizing game-ready sound effects.
You may use the product only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and any plan limits or technical restrictions shown in the app.
Accounts and access
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or restrict access to protect the product, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, or respond to legal obligations.
Paid plans and billing
Paid features are unlocked through the active billing provider configured for the current release. Pricing, plan scope, and feature limits are described on the pricing and billing screens.
Access to subscriptions and export credits may depend on successful payment confirmation and webhook synchronization. If payment is reversed, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent, subscription state or credit balance may be adjusted.
Your content and outputs
You retain responsibility for the audio files you upload or process and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use them.
Except where required to operate the product, we do not claim ownership of your source audio or exported outputs. You remain responsible for how those files are used in your projects.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with other users, bypass access controls, probe infrastructure without authorization, or upload material you do not have the right to process.
You also may not misuse automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or resource abuse in a way that degrades the service for others.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or remove features as the product evolves. Some workflows may change as new runtime, billing, or storage layers are introduced.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We aim for reliability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent feature availability, or error-free operation in every environment.
