Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Game SFX Toolkit handles account data, billing metadata, and browser-based audio workflows.

What we process

Game SFX Toolkit is designed around a local-first workflow. Audio files you load into the converter or variations tools are processed in your browser whenever the runtime supports it.

We may process account data required for authentication, billing state, and saved workflow history, including your email address, account identifier, subscription status, and tool usage summaries.

Audio files and generated assets

Your raw audio inputs and generated outputs are intended to stay on your device during normal browser-based processing.

If you choose to download exports, those files are written to your local device. If a future feature requires server-side processing, that workflow should clearly disclose it before upload begins.

Account, billing, and support data

When you create an account, we store the information needed to authenticate you with Supabase and to associate completed jobs with your dashboard history.

If you subscribe or buy credits, billing metadata is exchanged with our active payment provider to create checkout sessions, confirm payment status, and update your credit balance or subscription state.

If you submit feedback, we may store the message, optional contact email, and relevant workflow context so we can respond and improve the product.

Cookies and session storage

We use authentication cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, preserve selected tool settings, and maintain workflow continuity between sessions.

Disabling these storage mechanisms may limit access to account features, billing flows, or saved workspace preferences.

How we use data

We use collected data to operate the product, secure accounts, maintain billing access, diagnose failures, and understand which workflows are being used.

We do not treat your private audio inputs as marketing content. Product analytics and operational logs should focus on service quality, usage flow, and account access control.

Your choices

You can stop using the product at any time, clear local browser data on your device, and request deletion of account-linked records that are not required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Questions about this policy should be routed through the product support channels listed in the app or shared during billing and onboarding communication.
